Product features:
1.The main parts of the whole machine are made of cast iron, which has strong damping ability. All castings are optimized by finite element analysis (FEA) to reduce deformation and improve damping capacity.
2.The stiffeners of each series of lathe castings are strengthened to improve the rigidity and thermal stability of the castings.
3.The rigidity of compact and symmetrical headstock and tailstock castings is further improved to ensure high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
