Advantages
1. The machine adopts Japan THK guide rails and sliders which has better mute effect and good accuracy during printing. The printing has good effect at printing for small letters, No white space.
2. The motor adopts Leadshine servo motor, the machine step is more stable.
3. The ink supply system chooses to use all peristaltic pumps, and the ink circulation is more stable. The ink stack no longer uses conventional ink suction pumps and also uses peristaltic pumps. The advantage is that the speed of the peristaltic pump is adjustable, and less damage to the nozzle during the ink suction process. Also it will avoid the siphon effect .
4. The long beam and bottom beam are made of integral reinforced aluminum beam to ensure the stability of the machine in use.
