We are a European spinning mill located in Spain with a long history in the manufacturing of natural fiber yarns. We are committed to quality, service, and sustainability. We are GOTS, OCS, GRS, and European Flax certified.
2.- How many tons of yarn are loaded in a full container?
20 feet full container: 8 tons
40 feet HC container: 19 tons
3.- How can I get a sample?
We provide free samples for your evaluation, we need to know the specification of the yarn you need and the quantity of each item. Stantard sample will be free but you may pay the delivery cost.
4.- How about lead time?
10-15 days after confirmation. Some of our yarns are in stock so we can deliver quickly, others are manufactured periodically or to order. Please contact us for more details.
5.- What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 1 pallet (570 kg) or 3 tones, depending on which yarn are you interested in.
6.- How do you control quality?
We have an experienced Quality Control team that ensures the yarn quality during the manufacturing process.
7.- How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Please take a picture or a video or send us a sample and contact us. We will find a satisfied solution after checking and confirming the problem.
