Product Description
Honeycomb Ceramic Substrate for Gasoline Engine Vehicle
This product is made of cordierite material. It is applied to the catalytic converter of gasoline vehicle exhaust gas purification after coating catalyst. It can catalytically convert and purify the exhaust gas emitted by automobile. CET of the substrates with 400 CPSI, 600 CPSI could reach 0.8x10-6 cm/cm3, meeting Euro VI emission standards. Different technical performances of the product are at an advanced level in China, which is close to or reaches the advanced level of similar foreign products.

Dream-Top occupies an area of 130 acres, including 35,000 square meters of workshops, and there are 16 experts and technicians with college degree and above. Our factory has 20 honeycomb ceramic production lines, ten 46m³ shuttle kilns, six 10m³ shuttle kilns, one 80-meter tunnel kiln, and one 100-meter tunnel kiln. It has an annual production capacity of 20,000 m³ of honeycomb ceramics. Our coating production line has an annual out put of 1 million units.
