The rear axle of LK200 electric dumpers is equipped with high and low speed gears, and the maximum speed can reach 35km/h.
Gear 1 and gear 2, these two speed change gears realize the high and low speed switching of the vehicle. The ordinary double chain rear axle does not have the two speed change gears 1 and 2, but only 3, so the ordinary LK135 's double chain rear axle does not have the speed change function.

2-Integrated bending machine and shot blasting machine production

The frame and cargo box after being derusted by the shot blasting machine will enter the plastic spraying production line.
Different from the traditional spray painting, the workers will spray a layer of paint powder on the surface of the box board first, and then enter the paint baking room on the automatic line. At a high temperature of 200 degrees, the paint powder will melt , and then it will be very evenly attached to the box board and the frame, the paint surface is not easy to fall off, and it is very beautiful.
