 1.Is on-site installation challenging?
(1)Simple to assemble DIY, installation is quick and straightforward.
(2)Also, we will provide the followings: Installation instructions; Installation videos and Product Installation drawings.
2.What type of glass can be used?
(1)For Single Glass Rooms, usually Tempered Glass 5mm can perfectly fit. However, thickness in the range of 4 to 6mm is also acceptable.
(2)For Double Glass Conservatories, Tempered/Insulated Glass (5+9A+5)mm can perfectly fit. However, total thickness in the range of 17 to 20mm is acceptable.
3.What if you must relocate? Is it simple to detach?
(1)Please just follow the instructions and code on the installation manual/video to easily disassemble the frame.
4.What is the range of sunroom selection?
(1)Size typically ranges from 10sqm to 21sqm. For more details, please contact our sales representatives
5.Does it use silicon for glass installation?
(1)NO. Glass installation does not require silicon glue. It is sealed with motor vehicle class EPDM strips that remain flexible and withstand temperature variations for decades.

6.How many workers would be needed for the installation?
(1)Depending on the product type chosen, the standard installation can be finished by 2-4 people in 1-3 working days.
7.Is the sunroom storm/ typhoon-resistant?
(1)For many years, we have exported our sunrooms to Europe. The sunroom is robust and solid as our innovative Nordic design holds the sunroom strong and stable.
8.What material is our glass sunroom made of?
(1)The structure comprises a high-density aluminum alloy frame, tempered glass, and stainless steel fittings for your safety.
9.What is painted towards the surface of the Sunrooms / Conservatories?
(1)We use imported powder coating on the surface, which is durable, anti-corrosion, and anti-oxidation.
10.Are there any additional accessories for the Sunrooms and Conservatories?
