Diamond Wire Saw Machine for Reinforced Concrete is widely used in the cutting of concrete floor slabs, pile foundations, support beams, columns, bridges, subways, hydroelectric dams, cement pipelines, etc.
The main motor of the electric rope saw machine is equipped with a variable frequency, dual variable frequency rope saw machine. Both the main motor and the walking motor can adjust the speed。

1、 Determination of demolition process
To ensure the rapid, environmentally friendly, and safe demolition of all walls, our company adopts domestically advanced static cutting technology for construction based on the engineering overview of this project. Characteristics of static cutting process:
1. Static cutting without vibration. Due to the fact that cutting involves grinding steel bars and concrete with diamond tools
The soil is completed during the process, so there is no vibration problem, there is no impact on the original retained structure, and there are no micro cracks that will affect the stress and service life of the structure, which cannot be achieved in traditional demolition in the past
2. Low noise. During the diamond tool cutting process, only the sound of grinding steel and concrete is heard
The sound and electric hydraulic motor operate smoothly, and there is no harsh sound during the entire construction process. The generated volume can be controlled within 44dBA.
3.. During the construction process, water cooling and lubrication are used to lubricate the high-speed running diamonds
Tools, and carry away the ground iron chips and concrete chips. The generated cooling water is free of harmful substances. The cooling water can be reused after being recycled on site, and the closed system is adopted to control water splashing.
