media such as gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate and corrosive liquids such as fulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and
sodium hydroxide.
2.Material of chemical protective suit
0.45 mm thich modified PVC double-sided coated fabric
The chemical protective clothes is mainly used during emergency rescue work, emergency rescue work can be carried out in organic media such as gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate and corrosive liquids such as fulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, andsodium hydroxide.
3. Features of the chemical protection suit
3.1 Acid and alkali-proof, flame retardant;
3.2 Overpressure exhaust valve performance;
3.3 Gas tightness ≥15s, Ventilation resistance: 78-118Pa;
3.4 Acid resistance: Soaked in 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3, 30%HCL for 1 hour, no penetration;
3.5 Alkali resistance: Soaked in 6.1mol/L. NAOH for 1 hour, no penetration;
3.6 Combustion resistance: Damaged length ≤10cm, Continued burning time ≤5S;
3.7 Time combustion of no-fire ≤10S, No drop phenomenon;
4.8 Sole electrical insulation: ≥5000V;
3.9 Breaking strength: ≥400N;
4.10 Tearing strength: ≥32N;
3.11 Gasoline resistance: Soaked in 120# gasoline 30s, no crack, no sticky;
4.12 Heat aging properties: 125oC*5 min, not sticky, not brittle ;
5.13 Low Temperature resistance: -15oC * 5min (can be 180 degree foled)
The adhesion of rubberized fabric and textile:no less than 780N/m
