About PET material
1. It has good mechanical properties, the impact strength is 3~5 times that of other films, and the folding resistance is good.
2. Resistance to oil, fat, dilute acid, dilute alkali, and most solvents.
3. It has excellent resistance to high and low temperature. It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of 120℃, and can withstand high temperature of 150℃ and low temperature of -70℃ for short-term use.
4. It has excellent gas, water, oil and peculiar smell performance.
5. High transparency, can block ultraviolet rays and good gloss.
6. Non-toxic, tasteless, good hygiene and safety, and can be directly used for food packaging.

We are the 100% Manufacturer specialized in packaging since 2003 with 10,000 square meters workshop.
Located in Dongguan where is near Shenzhen , Guangzhou and Hongkong.
Q2: What is the material you used ? Is it food grade or ECO- friendly?
The main materials we used are PVC , PET , PP , PS , ABS , Arcylic , PLA , PBAT , Sugarcane pulp and so on Most of them are food
grade which can pack food directly.
For ECO-friendly materials, we now have RPET and R&B PP (100% recycled plastic )
And biodegradable PLA ,PBAT ,Sugarcane pulp.
Q3: What is the price of your product ?
The exact price is based on your final design.If you could tell us the Dimensions, Materials and Qty you need.

Q4: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?
The copper mould is 100USD-200USD . CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD.It is decided by the design.
We have our own design team and mould workshop to provide free design and low mould charge
Q5: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost and time?
For the sample which we have existing mould.It is free.You only need to pay for the carriage fee.
For custom sample,we will use plaster mould .We can help you design it as your infos and requirements.
The cost is 100- 200USD. Sample time is about 3-5 days.
Q6: What is your payment item?
TT / PAYPAL / WESTERN UNION / LC / CREDIT CARD is all available for us.
For small amount which is less than 1000 USD,we prefer 100% deposit.
For large amount,30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipping.
