1. Product Description:
(1) Diamond Grinding Blade Hard Concrete Grinding Shoe For Concrete metal diamond pad have high strength, excellent wear resistance, and a low friction coefficient. Metal bond diamonds high grinding efficiency and low grinding force generates less heat in the grinding process. (2) Concrete Polishing Pad Diamonds Floor Grinding segment shoe for Concrete Terrazzo Stone Floor Polishing, with different shapes segments. Round buttons, arrow, rectangular bars, single or double segments for floor grinder. But what is more important, especially in the initial grinding steps, is the bond or hardness of the tools.
Bond: super soft, soft, medium, hard, super hard
* Hard concrete requires softer bond to prevent glazing and to allow new diamonds to get easily exposed for maximum grinding.
* Soft concrete requires harder bond, so it can last longer (soft bond also works but it will wear out too fast on soft
concrete).
Grit: 6#, 16/20#, 30# 60# 80# 100# 120#150#300#
For example, if you start with 30 grit, the next grit is 60# , then 100 or 120, 150# or 300#, etc.
