Nanometer-sized ink particle, strong resistance against chemicals and excellent pliability.
2. Media
Gerber uv ink can be used to print on different media, such as plastic, acrylic, metal, wood, glass, crystal, porcelain, etc. Almost all soft & hard media. Therefore, it can be applied to print phone cases, toys, present, membrane
3. Applications
On various materials, including soft film, paper, metal, ceramic, leather, wood, glass, PVC, PC, KT board and acrylic, fabric frontlit, backlit, blackout, self-adhesive vinyl, backlit and blue back paper etc.
4. Gerber UV Ink Change over
Clean your ink system, filters and printheads with UV cleaning solution, before filling Gerber UV ink, you’d shake up the ink before use, especially Gerber UV white ink
5. Storage
The shelf life of Gerber uvInk is 24 months from the date of manufacture if stored under proper conditions.
For White UV-curable Ink keeping time is 6 months. The most suitable temperature for storage is between +5℃ and +35℃. Then before use Ink should be allowed to reach room temperature.

Gerber uv ink is 1L packing.

This product should be stored in black, airtight container, avoid direct sunlight, keep away from heat and children
Need to keep out of the light in the whole printing process, the ink tube and ink sac of the printer should use black opaque material.
Avoid contact skin when the ink is not curing, if accidentally touch, wipe immediately with tissue, and then wash with soap, go to the hospital timely if skin sensitivity occurs.Use UV cleaning solution to clean the ink tube, printhead before use, to avoid any damages to the nozzle, please do not use other band of cleaning products.
Please shake it before use the white UV ink.
