Product Description
It is suitable for the oxygen pipe network and other systems as a one-way valve, which plays the role of blocking and non-returning. Mainly used on pipelines where the medium flows in one direction, it can automatically prevent the fluid (medium) from flowing backwards, and only allow the medium to flow in one direction. The working medium is water, oil and gas, the nominal pressure is 1.6MPa, and the working temperature is -10℃≤ t≤120℃.
Main features
1. The product is made of high-quality copper material and adopts the red forging process.
2. The structural material of the vertical soft seal is silicone rubber, and the spring material is stainless steel.
3. It has short structure, small volume and light weight. The valve disc closes quickly and the water hammer pressure is small. The flow channel is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the action is sensitive, and the sealing performance is good.
4. The valve disc has short stroke, small closing impact, simple and compact overall structure and beautiful appearance.
5. It is easy to install and can be installed on pipelines in both horizontal and vertical directions.
6. The valve plate adopts the design of adding two torsion springs on the dual plate, which can make the valve plate close quickly by itself. Due to the quick closing effect, it can prevent the backflow of the medium and has a strong effect of eliminating water hammer.
