Standard accessories include:
1piece aluminum 3 pieces adjustable paddle + 600D backpack + high pressure double action pump + 1 safety leash + 1piece Repair kit
box with glue. We can add or update accessories based on your requirement.

2. What's the lead time for samples and bulk orders?

Normally 1-2 weeks for sample, 30-45days for batch production, depending on quantity. We can produce 18000-25000pcs each month with full production capacity. The longest time is to order raw materials. It would take about 25-35work days.
For wholesale orders, usually if goods in stock we can ship out within 3 work days.

3. Whats`s your payment term and supported payment currency and payment methods？

Our payment term:full payment before sampling; 30% deposit+70% balance paid before
shipment for batch order.
Supported Currency: RMB or USD; if you need to use other currency, please contact us for other solutions.
Payment Methods:For batch production order we support Bank Transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance(support Visa/Credit Card/Paypal/Apple
Pay/Google Pay/Mastercard); For sample order and service we support Western Union.

4. What kind of shipping service you can offer?

We have some shipping forwarders in cooperation for years. We can provide you with EXW/FOB/C&F/DDU/DDP trading term options by air/express/land/sea shipping according to the cargo volume and your requirement. But most orders were shipped under FOB term to our customer's appointed shipping froward.

5. What kind of designing support you can offer?

We have in-house R&D team + creative graphic designer team that handles inflatable product designs and production charts. We also provide customers with advertising materials and demos for exhibition.
