1. Heat treatment is double electric source
Double electric source can guarantee the work load and break Load is more stable and better.
2. Strict stretch and correction
Stretch correcting machine will check chain link by link, can guarantee weld quality.
If welded place break when stretch, then the chain can’t pass the test, will throw away as waste product.
3. Check every link by eye
After stretch and correct by machine, the workers will check by eye finally.
If the link shape not beautiful, the welded place not smooth, will pick it, over 95% factories don’t have this process, but we have.
4. Break load test
After finish produce, will choose several links randomly, do the break test and print the test report.
Under seal then send it to customer, if break load is not enough we take the full responsibilities.
