Excavator Attachments Tilt Quick Hitch Coupler
Excavator quick coupler, also named as quick hitch coupler, quick hitch, bucket pin grabber can quickly connect various attachments (bucket, hydraulic breaker, plate compactor, log grapple, ripper, etc...) on excavators, which can expand the scope of use of excavators, and can save time and improve working efficiency.As one of the leading Excavator quick coupler manufacturers in China, JIANGTU has a full range of quick hitch.
This type tilting quick hitch is also a fully automatic double safety quick coupler. In addition to helping the excavator operator to realize the automatic and fast switching of various attachments such as buckets and breakers in the cab, it can also be 90° left and right, and one direction the maximum 180° tilting bucket can realize excavation in unconventional positions such as under the pipe and at the root of the wall, expand the working range of the machine, save time and improve work efficiency.
Inspired by quick hitch coupler in Australia and Germany, Jiangtu engineers independently developed this product with national utility model patents, appearance patents, and European CE certification for 2 years. It is currently sold well in Australia, Europe and the United States and other countries.
The reason why such a function can be realized depends on its swing cylinder. The swing cylinder used by Jiangtu swing quick coupler has a large torque, which has surpassed the European tilting quick coupler; the greater the torque, the greater the driving force, and the allowable weight range of the drivable attachments is large, and it can drive heavy attachments such as plate compactor,etc.
