100x40mm NFT Channel Description
Our new type hydroponics nft channel pipe size is 100 mm width, height is 40 mm. Our regular length is 2.9m/5.8 m to fit container length, we also accept customized length . 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm thickness both are available .
Usually per meter 5 holes, suitable for most leaf vegetables growing.

Advantages
We had improved our hydroponics nft pipe design from the old type channel ,the new type channel has a very sturdy cross section with a depressed central base . This depression allows the nutrient rich water better access to the plants' roots. It makes water flow in center part of channel only, which allows for plants to be planted, raised and harvested without shutting down the system for cleaning. This is very important on a commercial basis.
And the removable lid of channel is easy to clean and manage , it is helpful to reduce moss growth.

Bending 180 degree and will not break
1. Our PVC channels use food grade new virgin PVC material and less calcium power , which is anti-UV, environmentally friendly material, heavy metal free, life time is more than 10 years .
2. Our nft channel is so flexible that it can bend 180 degree and will not broke .
3. We use automatic machine to produce nft gully/ gutter ,lid and drill holes in the same time . so our channel produce time is very fast , it is usually 15-20 days for bulk order .
