FLOWERING-MACHINE
Flowering machine is the first step in the cycle of recycling. This is the process of shredding old fabric using a machine, and after multiple cycles of shredding, it becomes fibre.
COTTON-PLUCKING
The process of 'cotton- pluck' involves extracting the raw cotton from the bales. During this process, the tightly packed raw cotton is loosened into small cotton chunks or bundles,
which are then used for subsequent production.Additionally, during the
cotton-pluck process, various types of raw cotton are provided to the cotton-picking machine according to the requirements of the final product for blending purposes.
MULTI-BIN BLENDING
In the ' multi-bin blending' process,fibers from different sources (such as raw cotton,regenerated fibers, etc.) are mixed together through mixing, blending, etc., to form a blend of fibers with a certain ratio. This step allows the blending of materials with different colors and compositions. to ensure stability and consistency during spinning.
CARDING MACHINE
Carding machines is the process of aligning and parallelizing the fibers before spinning. It involves passing the fibers through a series of closely spaced wire- covered rollers (cards) to remove impurities, straighten the fibers, and form a continuous web. The primary purpose of carding is to prepare the fibers for spinning by aligning them in the same direction and removing any contaminants or short fibers. This results in a more uniform and higher quality yarn.
DRAWING FRAMES
Slivers from either the carding unit or the combing unit, depending on the ultimate yarn desired, are processed through the Drawing frames. This is the process by which fibers of different types can be blended together to form blended yarns. Eight slivers are drawn together to produce the drawn sliver. As with the breaker drawing,rollers moving at different speeds smoothly and combine the slivers and pull them into a thin layer then into the drawn sliver.
SPINNING
Spinning is the process of twisting the prepared fibers into yarn. In air jet spinning, high-speed air jets are used to twist the fibers and form the yarn.The main intent of spinning is to transform the prepared fibers into a continuous strand of yarn by imparting twist and
