Plastic chips are usually customized for small batch processing, using CNC machining to carve the flow channel, and hot bonding to achieve sealing bonding.
1, support PMMA material and PC material microfluidic chip processing customization (CNC processing), COC/COP material injection molding customization (because there is no plate can not provide mechanical processing);
2, PMMA material minimum custom flow channel size is 100um width /50um depth, PC material minimum custom flow channel size is 200um width /50um depth; The minimum custom size of cycloolefin material is consistent with PMMA;
3, if you need to withstand high temperature similar to PCR application, in addition to choosing high Tg material of cycloolefin, you can also use PC material chip (tolerance above 100℃), you can also choose PC material if you need to tolerate ethanol;
4, PC material can achieve film bonding (0.13mm/0.2mm/0.3mm/0.5mm, etc.), if you need high power lens observation can be selected, or need good heat and cold conduction. The overall thickness of PC microfluidic chip can be as thin as 1mm after bonding;
5, the bonding of the chip can withstand the fluid drive pressure of 3bar or more, and the microfluidic chip of PC material can withstand more than 7bar;
6, the chip can be customized 1/4-28UNF threaded joint for you to connect PTFE or PEEK hard pipe, you can also use the way of bonding steel needle for you to connect the hose (we match);
7, Chip customization requires you to provide drawings or hand-drawn sketches (to express the meaning clearly), we will provide formal drawings for free to confirm with you (CAD or Solidworks documents);
