Products Description

2. First connect the flexible shaft according to the pump structure installation diagram, and then connect the water outlet belt.
Put the water pump in the submerged state and connect the power to work.
3. When the water pump is rotating, it must rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow (clockwise), and reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
The diameter of the power wheel is 220mm-240mm, and the B-type 4000 or 5000mm long V-belt is used. The pump wheel and the power wheel can be kept in balance to work, but two V-belts must be used, otherwise the V-belt will slip and the working wheel will heat up. , can not reach the rated speed, affecting the water output.
4. Equipped power: The size of the equipped power is determined according to the length of the flexible shaft and the model of the water pump.
Take a 6-inch water pump as an example: the flexible shaft is 4-10 meters long and equipped with a power of 10-12 horsepower; the flexible shaft is 10-14 meters long and equipped with a power of 15-18 horsepower.
