A: Generally, we offer 3 years free warranty and lifetime maintenance. 1. Within 2 month: If the machine has any failure, we’ll send you a new one. 2. Within warranty period: If any components go wrong, we will provide new parts to customers who have the ability to repair. Or you can send the machine back, and we will fix it and ship it to you. Transportation expenses will be borne by us. 3. After warranty period: only the cost of replacing the new components and returning freight will be charged. Labor cost for repairing is lifetime free.
