Product description
TYJ series chocolate enrober uses the slurry in the hopper to continuously flow the chocolate slurry on the surface of the products passing under it to achieve the purpose of coating. The material tank can be removed from the enrober with simple disassembly, very easy to clean.
Features:
1) Widths from 400mm to 2000mm;
2) Easy maintenance and cleaning of the chocolate containment tank, with removable mesh conveyor;
3) High speed air-blowers adjustable by inverter group, to remove chocolate excess;
4) Industrial blower with variable temperature and adjustable height to remove excess chocolate;
5) Adjustable speed vibrational feature to remove excess chocolate;
6) Manufactured with food grade approved materials such as stainless steel and plastics;
7) Bottom only or full coating of products;
8) Easy access to maintenance and clean;
9) Built in stainless steel SUS304.
