Products Information


We can manufacture modified exhaust systems for almost all models and have experience in installing exhaust systems for thousands of models. Our exhaust system is made of titanium alloy, which is strong and heat-resistant, and is about half lighter than the original one. Since the titanium alloy exhaust pipe wall is thinner, the exhaust gas will make a sharper, crackling sound when passing through.


The main function of the exhaust valve is to stabilize the boost pressure of the supercharging system and protect the engine and turbocharger;
For exhaust with valves, when the valve is closed, the exhaust sound wave is very small, and when the valve is opened, the exhaust sound wave becomes larger, so the vehicle sound wave can be controlled by opening and closing the exhaust valve;
For vehicles without valve exhaust, the exhaust sound wave cannot be controlled.





The original position design provides a guarantee for construction and installation, which is simple and convenient.

1. Study your drawing/prototype and print a 3D printer sample.
2. Make a precise jig based on the 3D printer sample/prototype.
3. Produce the sample through bending, welding, and making the accessories.
4. Check the fitment with the jig or scan the sample and compare it with your 3D drawing.
