Forui Tommel Washing Machine for Ore /Rock
The Trommel Washing Machine is used in pre-processing ore with clay, including washing, desliming, and screening. It can pre-concentrate ores containing clay and sand to improve the beneficiation index in the later processes. It’s widely used for washing and selecting manganese, iron, limestone, tungsten, silica ores, and stones/rocks
Ore is feed into the trommel washing machine and undergoes desliming and cleaning through rotation and water action. A single or double-layer screen inside the cylinder sorts ore sizes; larger ore drops to the discharge, while smaller ore passes through to the next stage, including luice boxes, centrifuges, or shaking tables.
