Q1: Do you offer sample ?
A1: Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight collect. But for some high
value samples, it need sample cost and freight collect. Please informed that all samples cost and freight cost can be returned
back to you after order placed. You're welcomed to email us for checking.
Q2: What is your quality control process?
A2:For each order,we have our own OC team check the quality and delivery.
Q3.How can we check the good are all well before package and shipping ?
A4:Before shipping , we will send pictures to you.And check everything is ok so that we pack and ship. Because this is our
responsibility to each customer .we won't send bad things to anyone
Q4: What about the payment?
A5:We accept T/T, L/C for the large quantities order, and Paypal will be accept for the small quantities order.
Q5:Are the preserved/dried flower natural?
A:Yes, the flowers are made of natural plants, by drying technique

A:If it's RTS product, you can place order directly ,if it's not you need to contact us,we can negotiate further details.

Due to the difference of light, background or monitor, there might be a very little bit difference in color,which is normal

(1) Please do not water, avoid direct sunlight and windy.
(2) Keep the humidity 40%-70%,It will fade in humid places. Especially in the rainy season, humidity makes the petals
translucent.After drying them by hair dryer, put it in a sealed container for a few days to recover.
(3) If it dusty, you can use a makeup brush to clean, and try to choose a soft brush.
(4) The flower is produced in the factory after many processes, a little smell is normal, and it can be completely eliminated as
long as open the lid for a few days.
