A: Yes, free samples are available, freight is needed.
Q3: Can I get sample of my own design first, and then start the order ?
A: No problem. The sample mock-up fee is needed.
Q4: Can I make customized items ?
A: Sure, customized service is highly welcome.Just need you to send us your design artwork in PDF format,requirement of order quantity,and parameters of pouch included size,thickness and capacity.
Q5: Do we need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time ?
A: No, you just need to pay one time if the size, the artwork doesn't change.
(1) Qty :+-10% wear and tear is acceptable. Total cost will be charged according to final quantity.
(2) Size:+-3mm, Weight: +-5g is allowed, because of unstable machine and raw material.
(3) Price Valid time: 1 month since quoted.
(4) As the item is customized and we can't sell to others, after order confirmed and deposit paid, the order cannot be canceled and the deposit cannot be returned. If the quantity and design need to change after order confirmed, please contact us to remake cost calculation.
(5) If the goods in transportation are delayed or seized due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, holidays or third party factors, we will make our best to do support, but we will not be responsible due to third-party factors.
