Ovulation Test Operating Instructions:
INTENDED USE
The Ovulation (LH) Test is intended for in vitro qualitative detection of human luteinizing hormone (hLH) in urine to predict ovulation in women of childbearing age. It is for self-testing and professional use.
SUMMARY AND EXPLANATION
Luteinizing hormone is a gonadotropin, referred to as LH, is secreted by basophil cells in the anterior pituitary gland. It is a key hormone that stimulates the release of eggs and the formation of the corpus luteum, and can only initiate ovulation when its secretion is normal and reaches a certain amount.
The average woman of childbearing age ovulates regularly once a month. Ovulation time (ovulation period) is usually 12 to 16 days before the next menstrual period. The eggs are usually only viable for 12 to 30 hours. Male sperm can survive for 2-3 days in the female reproductive tract, and the actual critical time for conception is only several hours. Therefore, the accurate prediction of ovulation period is of great significance for guiding the population preparing for pregnancy to seize the most fertile time and increase the chance of getting pregnant.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1.Remove the cassette from the foil pouch. 2.Draw urine sample into dropper and dispense 2-3 drops into the sample well on the

3.As the test begins to work, you should notice a light colored flow moving

4.Wait 10 minutes to read the result. The result is invalid after 15 minutes.
5.Safely dispose of the device after a single use. Regard the used materials as potentially infectious and dispose of the test properly after use.
INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS
POSITIVE: If both Test line and Control line appear and the color of the Test line is the same as or more intense than the Control line, the test result is positive, which means the LH surge has been detected and the ovulation is likely to occur in the next 24-48 hours.
NEGATIVE: One colored line appears in the Control (C) area and no colored line appears in the Test (T) area, or the color of the Test line is less intense than the Control line, then the result is negative, indicating basal LH level of the tested specimen.
INVALID RESULT: If there is no colored line in the Control (C) area, the test is invalid. Retest in accordance with the directions with a new device.
