Quartz Glass Is Made from Pure Silicon Tetrachloride (SiCl4)
Clear fused quartz tubing is a high purity (99.99%+) quartz glass suitable for temperatures up to 1300 C. Resistance to thermal shock is another important property of quartz tubing. Most sizes shown are furnace cuts. Trim cuts are available on request at no additional charge .They are widely used in optical instrument, sight glass, observation window for furnace, semiconductor, photoelectron, military industry, metallurgy, lab glassware and many other fields.
