Operating instructions
1. Put the printing plate into the inlet position of the washing machine and clean it automatically.
2. Auxiliary work.
Water change:Before changing the water each time, open the right door, and then open the valve of the water tank to be discharged to discharge dirty water. Open the visible upper cover plate to the indoor brush roller, rubber roller and other parts of the washing and decontamination. Close the valve after rinsing it off.
3. Stop the operation.
After the daily work, please follow the following procedure.
A. Release the pressure adjusting screw to bring the upper end of the slide to the highest line.
B. Turn off the main water supply valve.
C. Wipe the debris on the roller with a towel.
D. Turn off the external power supply.
E. Wash brush roller, rubber roller, cleaning room and other components.
F. Dry the sewage from the machine.
The spiral brush does not hurt the FLEXO template, cleans evenly,and washing with warm water can further improve the washing effect and prevent freezing problems.
The water circulation is increased, and the used plate cleaning solution and water are automatically recycled from the cleaning tank for reuse.While the operating cost is reduced, the problems of resource saving and sewage discharge are also fully considered.
