Machine and production capacity and advantages
Our production base is located in Shenzhen, China, with a workshop area of over 5,000 square meters, including more than 1,000 square meters of warehouses. There are more than 120 skilled workers, more than 25 managers and product R&D personnel, equipped with a high-level automatic continuous foaming production line, several pouring foaming production lines and a series of numerical control sponge cutting machines. The annual output of continuous foaming sponge is about 200,000 cubic meters. At the same time, it is equipped with 21 bath ball extruders and dozens of numerical control cutting machines for beauty powder puff, which can guarantee more than 6 million bath ball products, 15 million sponge cleaning products and beauty powder puff products every month. In addition, we also have our own packaging and printing workshop and carton workshop, which is a powerful manufacturer of bath ball, cleaning products, sponge products, beauty products and sponge foaming factory. The complete production chain enables us to deliver goods quickly, save costs, customize new materials and accept large orders, which is one of our advantages.
