1.1 SZLH series top-grade pellet mill belong to hard granular material die pellet mill, it is widely used in various feed mills.

1.2 This machine has characteristics such as compact structure, fine appearance, low power consumption, easy to use and reliable working etc.

1.3 This machine is equipped with dies of various apertures asφ 2 , φ 3 , φ 4 , φ 4. 5, φ 5 , φ 6 ,φ 8 and φ10 , and can customize the die of different apertures for users , users can select for use according to different needs.

1.4 This machine adopts frequency conversion (electromagnetic) transfer speed electric motor to feed material, and with lengthened type and strengthened type of big door-opening conditioner which equipped with axial steam spraying device, also there is strong magnetic security device, overload protective device and outside-machine material discharging mechanism.

Main Feature

1.Pellet mill has the world-class technology adopted to produce many kinds of animal feed. 2.The bearing, oil seal, O-rings of the drive part are all import.

3.The design, quality and façade of the machine are in the international advanced level.

4.The main drive parts use high-precision gear revolve, with this the production improved 15%-20%.

5.The transmission gear uses high-precision gear grinding, reduced the vibration and noise.

6.The outside painting uses automatic painting process. Paint is bright and firm. It adopts the quick-release clamp under clamping mechanism, and can be equipped with the worm gear and worm ring mould lifting device, enhances the working efficiency of the ring die, reduce the labor intensity.

7.Modulation system adopts stainless steel extension modulation tube, very health, the modulation time and service life is longer. There are many steam adding inlets. Raw material is heated more fully. Conditioner effect is better.

8.Configurable oil circulating cooling system, in order to enhance the cooling and lubrication effect of the main drive system of bearing. The device can work smoothly for a long time.
