1.The whole machine adopts the latest servo control system from Germany , each printing unit is driven by independent serveo motor. There are 40 servo motors in total for 8 colors machine which ensure the accurate registration during high speed running.
2.Four servo motors control the printing units (anilox roller, plate roller, water-cooled roller, and lateral registration adjustment all use servo), which improves gear bar and flying ink issues in printing, and also ensures better automatic registration accuracy.
3.Printing roller adopts petal-shaped structure which is light, easy, convenient and fast to change.this type of design is largely improve printing quality and reduce the maintenance.
4.A sample can be printed with just one cup of ink, saving the cost of ink.
5.Fast and easy pressure adjustment of printing and ink transfering: printing roller run by bearer, it's not necessary to adjust the pressure when change the roller, or at most fine adjust for special job.
6.Anvil roller equips with water chiller, it's good for film material as well.
7.Sutiable for printing variety film material,such as PET,OPP,CPP,PP and so on.
