Q: Are you a manufacture or trading company? |
A: We were a trading company since year 2009, and set up our own factory in year 2017. |
Q: Where is your factory and office located? How can I visit it? |
A: Our own factory and office is located in Shuyang City,Jiangsu province, China, 50 Minutes by car from Lianyungang Airport. And our hundreds of cooperated factories are all over the country. |
Q: How can I get the sample? What's the lead time? |
A: Cheap sample will be free of charge, but the courier cost will be on buyer’s account. Samples could be sent within one week, the production lead time is 35-45 days. |
Q: Do you provide ODM/OEM service? |
A: OEM/ODM is welcome, from the concept to finished goods, we do all (design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production) in the factory. |
Q: Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods. |
A: Yes, customized LOGO and design on mass production are available. |
Q: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce? |
A: 1) We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that. |
2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality. |
Q: How many days your price will be valid? |
A: 30 days, normally price will not be changed if material cost and Exchange rate from USD to RMB keep same. |
Q: What is the Minimum order amount? |
A: USD 5000.00, if you can not reach it, there will be USD150.00 handle fee. |
Q: What’s payment terms ? |
A: Bank T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal. |
Q: What is the Paid Term? |
A: Order value Over USD5000.00, T/T 30% deposit to confirm the order and balance T/T 70% against the shipping bill of lading. |
Order value below USD5000.00, T/T 100% in advance to confirm the order. |
