Machine Working & Samples
After the injection mold drawings are confirmed, the injection mold production begins.
Including mold steel preparation, CNC machining, deep hole drilling, EDM, high-speed milling, polishing assembly, mold trial, electroplating, nitriding, etc.According to the requirements of 3D drawing sizes and tolerance limit control, the sizes are accurately controlled and each mold part is self-inspected.

A:Yes, we offer after -service of mould parts delivery, and we can provide technique service to you.
5Q. I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A: You can supply us samples, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design for free.
6Q. Before shipment, how to make sure the mould quality?
A:If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker. We will supply you a video for mould production process and packing detail and so on.
