Green Silicon Carbide
is formed under 2000°C or so high temperature,with quartz sand,coke and NaCl2 as material,after a variety of chemical processes.
Green silicon carbide has the same manufacturing methods as black silicon carbide,but the purity of raw materials demand is higher. Green silicon carbide is green, translucent shape, hexagonal shape. Sic content is higher than in black, physical properties are similar to black silicon carbide, but the performance is slightly crispy in black. Also it has good thermal conductivity and electrical properties.
SIC has strong high temperature resistance,
