Manufacturing Process
Step--1: Use a brush to clean the mold in hot water of forty to fifty degrees until the plastic film on the surface of the mold is cleaned
Step--2: Pour a layer of prepared plaster liquid on the mold
Step--3: Sprinkle a layer of glass fiber evenly; then pour another layer of plaster liquid, spread it evenly, finally plus a layer of asbestos netting (If needed)
Step--4: After adding a lanyard on one side, pour the plaster liquid into the mold and fill it up
Step--5: Scrape the plaster liquid repeatedly with the matching scraper until completely smooth
Step--6: Demoulding after solidification, hang the finished product in a cool place and do not expose it to the sun
