How to use the grinding wheel correctly?
Installation procedure:
1. Fix the grinding wheel on the flange temporarily, and then install it on the grinding wheel shaft.
2. Using a dial gauge to measure the vibration of the grinding wheel surface.
3. Tap the vibration of grinding wheel with a wooden hammer to adjust the vibration within 0.02mm.
4. Tighten the flange and measure the vibration of the grinding wheel with the dial gauge again.
5. Carry out shaping or smooth operation according to the requirements of rough or fine grinding and vibration.
