Product Description
Advantages Of LPG Semi-Trailers
LPG is the abbreviation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. LPG Trailer as known as a Propane semi Trailer is mainly used to transport various liquefied gases, including liquid ammonia,propane, propylene, dimethyl ether, isobutyl fat, and butadiene.Other liquefied gases that can be transported in the Propane tank hauler Trailer are methylamine and acetaldehyde. Under ideal conditions, the maximum working pressure of the transporter is greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa.
Introduction:
LPG Semi Trailer has the characteristics of long service life, compact structure, small occupied area, centralized control, convenient operation and maintenance.For double fixed vacuum powder adiabatic cryogenic storage tank.
Equipment:
Liner made of stainless steel, the outer material is Q235B or 16MnR. Oxygen tank surface anti-corrosion coating using sandblasting rust, purging, spraying and other processes, using a two-component fast-curing liquid coating.
1. After the LPG trailer is produced, it must be tested for tightness to ensure no leaks.
2. Pressure test is conducted to make sure there is no problem.
3. Different configurations are recommended for regional road conditions to ensure better transport.
