Product Description
EQUIPMENT CHARACTERISTICS
1.Steam air retort directly heats food packaging with steam entering the kettle, without any other heating medium (such as spray system water as the intermediate medium). Due to the strong fan forcing the steam inside the pot to form a cycle, the steam is uniform. Fans can accelerate the heat exchange between steam and food packaging.
2.Throughout the entire process, the pressure inside the sterilization kettle is controlled by the program through high-precision steam film valves to send or discharge compressed air into the sterilization kettle. Due to the steam air mixture sterilization,the pressure inside the kettle is not affected by temperature, and the pressure can be freely set according to the packaging of different products, making the equipment more widely applicable (three piece cans, two piece cans, soft packaging bags, glass bottles, plastic packaging, etc. are also applicable).
3.The temperature distribution uniformity in the kettle is ± 0.3 "C, and the pressure is controlled at 0.05Bar.
