Q2 : What to provide if I want to custom a sign?
A: It will be great if a AI / PDF / CDR / EPS file can be provided. If not, please at least provide your logo jpg. Otherwise, you can choose our current designs or let us design for your idea.

A: It will be great if a AI / PDF / CDR / EPS file can be provided. If not, please at least provide your logo jpg. Otherwise, you can choose our current designs or let us design for your idea.
Q3 : How to know my custom pricing?
A: Firstly, tell us your application scenario. Secondly, tell us the size and heights and determine the materials of front face,side, backplane; then choose finishing process (as per material natural, mirror, matte, brushed, paint, chrome-plated) and lastly color temperature.
Q4 : How long it takes to arrive to my hand?
A: Production takes 3-7 days. For the delivery, It takes 3-5 days to ship by courier ( Fedex / DHL / UPS / EMS etc.); It takes 3-7days to ship by air cargo, and takes 20-40 days by sea, depends on shipping lines.
Q5 : Do you provide warranty for the products?
A: Yes, our electrical devices are given a 2 to 3 years warranty.
Q6 : How to handle the after-sales problems?
A: Our productions are under strict internal quality management and ensure a defect rate as low as 0.2%. All products will be tested before delivered to consignees. But if raises problem, within the warranty, we can provide new LED or adapters for free. If out of warranty or the problem lies in the way of application, we provide lifetime follow-up maintenance service, our each part of product is detachable, we can provide components for replacement, or we discuss a solution to send back for repairment.
