Haolin industrial AWGs rated power consumption can achieve 206~235Wh per 1 liter @30°C & RH-80%, with Haolin unique and patented design allowing the cool and dehumidified air to absorb heat of incoming air, which make Haolin AWGs power consumption is 33%~64% lower than other traditional AWGs. It is really benefit to areas with energy shortages or expensive. And lower power consumption will lower your investment on solar power panels, inverters, and batteries when customer want to use solar power or wind power.

Haolin function modularity design allows to built various capacity for industrial use to reach a wide range of application scenarios. Currently 250L, 500L, 1000L, 2000L, 5000L @30°C & RH-80% can be provided directly, other capacity design can be delivered quickly according to customers’ requirement.

Haolin workers have many years experiences on AWG manufacture and commissioning. 
Haolin will make performance testing before packing AWG into plywood box to ensure Haolin AWG product quality and efficiency.

Only high quality stainless steel, aluminum foil, air and water filtration systems are used in Haolin AWGs, since all components contact with potable water are strictly following National Standards for Drinking Water guidelines.
With Air filter+PPF+GAC+PPF+RO+LED-UV sterilizer to filter particles and remove bacteria in air and water effectively, Haolin AWGs can produce high quality drinkable water.

FAQ


1. Are Haolin atmospheric water generators compatible with solar power system?
A: Sure, both solar power system and wind power system can be integrated, once the equivalent power input provided.

2. What is the pH value of the water produced by Haolin atmospheric water generators?
A: The pH value is around 6.5-7.6. And the optional mineral filter can be provided if requested.

3. How often should I need to change the filters?
A: We suggest the air filters to be checked once a month and cleaned by washing, if needed. Every 3-6 months for the water filters and every 12-18 months for the reverse osmosis after you start to use, which is depend on the quality of ambient air and the actual usage. The LED-UV light needs to be cleaned or replaced every 12-18 months. Water storage tank needs to be empty and cleaned every 6 months.

4. What’s the warranty policy of Haolin atmospheric water generators?
A: The warranty period of overall machine is 1 year. And 3 years for the 4 core parts: compressor, condenser, evaporator and motor. Damage to the product due to misuse, not following user manual, improper environmental placement are not being covered.

5. Can you make a customization on AWG according to an assigned dimension?
A: Sure, we’ve made a customized and compact AWG according to customer’s limited dimension for recreational vehicle usage scenario, which can be easily and firmly attached under recreational vehicle to provide water for drinking and daily usage with solar system powered.
