Screen Printing Pallet tape for Pallet Masking
Hanze Ltd supply premium self-adhesive platen tape for use on print surfaces of textile screen printing equipment. The pallet platen tape is constructed with white translucent saturated paper and water based natural rubber adhesive,which is designed specifically as the protector for textile printing pallets from ink spills,leaks,spray adhesives ans so on.

Product process
Step 1
Make sure the platens are clean before applying the platen masking tape.
Step 2
Apply the tape from the back with the sticky side down. Cut at the top of the platen.
Step 3
Use the squeegee to slowly stick the tape to the platen ensuring there are no air bubbles. If you get an air bubble you can pull off and do again.
Step 4
Use a sharp knife to poke a hole in any remaining air bubbles and press down to smooth out.
Step 5
Mark on the tape before apply your adhesive spray.
Step 6
Just remove the tape and it keeps your platen always clean.
Application
Pallet tape designed for use in textile Screen Printing to protect the platens from spray adhesive build-up. Eliminates the need for costly solvents and rag disposal. Apply to all kinds of printing machine (oval printing machine, octopus printing
machine,etc.), as the cutting piece positioning. Can also be used for hand-printed platen, embroidery platen positioning.

Storage
