In order to meet the development needs of electric power,metallurgy, coal and other industries, in view of the characteristics of ash removal and slag conveying conditions,the latest generation of high-flow, high-head series of submersible slurry pump units are developed by our company.This unit is equipped with submersible electric agitators.which increase the suction concentration of the slurry pump. It is a new transmission with principle of K-H-V less tooth differential planetary transmission.
Electric submersible dredge sand centrifugal water pump.Can be widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal,environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as metallurgical beneficiation plant slurry transportation, thermal power plant ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transportation, dredging rivers, river dredging and so on. In the chemical industry,some corrosive slurries containing crystals can also be transported.

Electric submersible dredge sand centrifugal water pump.
1.Using modern CAD design methods, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate;
2.Spacious flow channel, good anti-blocking performance;
3.The combined type seal make sure no leakage on the slurry pump;
4.The reliability design ensures long mean time between failures;
5.Thin oil lubrication metric bearing; reasonable cooling system ensure that the bearing runs at low temperature;
6.The flow passage component are made of special materials, which have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
7.The slurry pump can be used in working conditions such as seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray;
8.It can be used in multiple stages in series within the permissible pressure range.
