The SWD type horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is made of wear-resistant material and is suitable for mine, factory and urban water supply and drainage. Neutral mine water with a solid particle content of not more than 1.5%, a particle size of less than 0.5 mm and neutral sewage without suspended solids. Liquid temperature is not higher than 80 ℃.If the main corrodible parts are made of stainless steel, and other parts that are in contact with corrosive liquids are sprayed with corrosion-resistant materials, which have good corrosion resistance and are not easy to fall off.Suitable for acid mine drainage and acidic sewage of PH ≥3 in mine factories.

Horizontal multistage boiler feed centrifugal water pump.Suitable for coal, mining, factories and so on. Neutral mine water and other similar media with a solid particle content of no more than 1.5% (particle size less than 0.5 mm). The temperature should be less than 40 °C.
SWD type pump is a horizontal single suction multistage segmented centrifugal pump. The head can increase or decrease the number of pump stages.The working chamber of the pump is formed by inlet section, middle section, guide vanes, outlet section guide vanes, outlet section and end cap.The liquid enters from single side along with the direction of shaft.The axial force generated by pump operation is balanced by the balance disc.
(1)Shaft seal: soft packing or mechanical seal,according to user’s requirements.
(2)Transmission: driven by the motor directly through the elastic coupling.
(3)Sealing ring: to prevent high pressure water in the pump from leaking back into the inlet.It is replaceable after wear.
(4)Balance disc: located between the outlet section and the end cap for balancing axial forces.
(5)Balance ring and balance sleeve: fixed on the water outlet section.To form the balance device together with balance disc.
(6)Shaft sleeve: located in the two packing chambers, which can be replaced after wear.
