1.What materials can UV printer print on?
A3 UV printers with multi-functions: It can print on any material such as crystal,phone case, aluminum plate, leather,wood,plastic, acrylic, pen, metal, ceramic, glass, carboard,textile and fabrics etc.
2.What's the printing cost?
Usually,1.25ml ink can support to print a A3 full size image.
Printing cost is very low. And ink replenishment system is fully automatic from software control and very convenient.
3.What different between A4 and A3 UV Printer?
A4 UV printer only can print flat surface, A3 UV printer can also print cylinder. A3 UV printer comes with a cylinder printing jig. And A3 printer can meet your need of A4 size materials.
4.Where can I buy the spare parts and inks?
Our factory also provide spare parts, inks and printing materials if needed. And you can buy from our factory directly or other suppliers in your local market.
5. How can we start to use the printer?
We provide A to Z training, guidelines and support for every machine we supply, Zero basic? NO PROBLEM! We will send the manual with the package of the printer. Please read the manual before using and operate carefully.
6.What about the warranty?
12 months warranty for our machines (exclude Printhead). We offer online tech support and have several technicians who are good at spoken English and can offer one-to-one training online. Our technician can analyze the problem through detailed description, photos or video and provide solution in time.
