1. Are you a manufacturer?
--Yes, we are a manufacturer with more than 10 years OEM / ODM experience for kinds of acoustic building materials.

2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
--Tell us where you use this panel--cinema, theater, office, meeting room, cafe, hotel etc.
--The panel size you need.(Length x Width x Thickness)
--Panel Quantity.
CAD drawing is also ok if you have, we can calculate the panel quantity according to your room size and drawing.
--The color you choose.--The schedule date of your local project.
--The price term.（EXW/FOB/CIF)

3.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
--We have our own CAD designer in house. DWG format is better.
Sketchup, JPG , PDF are also ok for design or quantity confirmation.

4.How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
--Generally, 2-3 days for sample making.
--The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, payment date, etc.
--As usual the normal order can be finished in 7-15 days.

5.How many colors are available?
--Ask me for color chart please. Different product series have different colors.
--Customerized color is also available. Just send us a sample or tell us the Panton color NO.
Customerized color MOQ depends on panel material. Usually above 200 square meters.

6.How we charge the simple fee?
Simple below 1 square meter is free. But we will charge express cost, we will refund you the simple delivery cost after you place an normal order.

7.What is your payment item?
-Our normal payment term is 70% deposit , 30% balance before products loading and delivery .
