The good will be shipped within 30-40 days after received the full payment.

Q: Can You add logo printing on inflatable castle?	A: Yes. This is for free unless printing area is big or logo is customized and complicated. You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.
Q: What specifications should I care about the products?	A: Mostly, you need to focus on the design, size, material, processing and delivery time, they are closely related to the final price and quality of the product. Please make sure you have confirmed all of these with sales.
Q: What' s the warranty you can offer?	A: 3 years warranty. It can be last for 5~7 years if you use it in correct way.
Q: What is the lead time of your products?	A: Normally, our lead time for custom products is 15 workdays after full payment.
Q: How to pay?	A: We accept payment by T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Secure Payment or Trade Assurance. 40% deposit, balance after production (we will take pictures or videos for confirmation).

Safety Precautions

- For the safety concern, playing with inflatables when they are being inflated less then 15 mins ,which is not allowed. Also, stop playing if you notice that the toys are damaged or leaked.

- In order to avoid potential harms and loses, please check and remove all the sharp objects that might crack the material before playing with them.

- Keep an eye on your kid when they are playing with the inflatables, adult supervision is highly recommended.

- To avoid the damage and instability that overload might cause , the maximum operating time of the air blower should not be longer than 10 hours.
