Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We have a factory located in Kai-ping city,Guangdong with area of 10000 SQM production base.
Q2. How many years is your faucet guaranteed?
We provide 3-5 years quality assurance for stainless steel faucets. Any defects were caused by us, the replacement or repair part will be sent in the next order.
03. What is your MOQ?
The MOQ is two pieces. We accept small orders and bulk orders.
Q4. Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on products with customer's permission.
Q5. How is your factory's production capacity?
We have a complete production line including casting line, machining line, polishing line and assembly line. We can produce up to 70,000 products per month.
Q6. How long is your production time?
It depends on your order quantity. It usually takes us 20 to 30 days after receive your deposit.
Q7. How do I get a sample?
We are honored to provide you with samples. Samples can be sent by DHL or other international courier you want.
