1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are the biggest wet & dry vacuum cleaner factory in China over 15 years. Our brand Vacmaster has been awarded as the most innovative brand in Europe and North America.
2. What certificates do you have for your products?
We have CE(EMC, LVD), RoHs certificates;
3. Do you accept order through OEM/ODM business?
Yes, it is including the customer logo & customer package printing design, but need annual buying quantity 5000pcs and each order MOQ 300pcs;
4. What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
Normally 50pcs, small quantity is also available.
5. Do you accept sample order? How to charge？
Sample usually 3-5 days after payment received. The sample fee will be refunded at your second purchase
6. What's your lead-time and payment term?
Normally, our lead-time is 25-45 days, it depends your order quantity and request.
Sample: PayPal or T/T or through Alibaba trade assurance.
Mass production: 30% deposit advanced, 70% before shipment.
Support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect buyer’s right;
7. How about the shipping?
We do provide international Express door-to-door, Airline and sea freight;
