We have automatic laser cutting robot, automatic welding robot, CNC tube bender, 300 tonnage hydraulic press, grinding machine, lathe, carbon dioxide welding and other production equipment. It is capable of providing 260,000 pcs catalytic converter for automotive and 160,000pcs exhaust muffler annually. In addition to complete production lines and high-precision production equipment, We also have experienced technicians and production workers.
Ningjin bingchuan is dedicated to producing quality emission control products for auto-part market, such as catalytic converter, exhaust muffler, flexible pipe, stampings and related accessories. So far, We could produce over 400 different types of exhaust muffler, more than 600 kinds of catalytic converters, These products adapted to Germany, the United States, Japan, France and other dozens of car series.
The product has the characteristics of stable performance, high precision size, long service life and so on. And all products could be customized according to customer requirements to sample or drawings.
