A: Hello dear,Our factory is located in Daba Industrial Zone, Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, with a workshop of 77,000 square meters.
Q2: Can you custom made furniture according to our request?
A: Hello dear,Sure, we are professional custom made furniture factory for hotel,apartment,villa project,and we can make sample or mock up room before bulk order.Material,finish,fabric,PU leather,stainless steel all can be changed according to your request.
Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: Hello dear,Hotel bedroom furniture's MOQ is 10 sets.Others can be discussable.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A: Hello dear, our payment term is T/T. The buyer pays 30% deposit before production and the balance before shipment. We will inform your company to check the quality of the products after the production is finished.
Q5: What is the delivery time?
A: Hello dear,As usual we need 40 days to custom made furniture after buyers confirm shop drawing,fabric,PU leather,finish sample and all details.
Q6.Can you guarantee your products?
A: Hello dear,Yes,we have more than 10 years' experienced professional workers to strictly making products,and we have 2 years guarantee for our products.
Q7: When can you finish the quote?
A: Hello dear, it will take about 1-3 working days. Thanks.
Q8: Can you do FOB or CNF?
A: Hello dear, yes we can based on the trade terms: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF. Thanks.
Q9: Can you send me your catalogue and price list?
A: Hello dear, we could send you the E-catalogue but we do not have regular price list.Cause we are a custom made factory, the prices will be quoted based on client's requirements,like: size, color, quantity, material etc. Thanks.
Q10: How many days for sample production? And how much for the samples?
A: Hello dear, it will take about 25 days for the samples production. The sample cost will be 2 times of unit price, the over paid (2 times) of the selected items will be refunded when bulk order was placed. Thanks.
Q11: Whats your price range?
A: Hello dear, for the custom made furniture, we can recommend according to your budget,cause different price will be different production method, technics, structure and finish. Sometimes,quality can not be seen only from outside you should check the inner construction.It's better that you come to our factory to see the quality.Thanks.
Q12: Can you quote different material for my choosing?
A: Hello dear, we can use different kinds of material to make the furniture. But we do not have enough time to quote all the
materials. If you are not sure using which kind of material, it's better that you could tell us your budget like our old customer then we will recommend for your accordingly. Thanks.
Q13: Will you send the shop drawing for approval? And how long can you finish the drawings?
A: Hello dear, yes we will send you the shop drawing for approval after received the deposit.It will take about 3-7 days for
issuing the detail drawings. Thanks.
